The North Pole sign that originally attaches to the base is missing, with the mounting hole still visible. The upper portion of the candy-cane pole also shows noticeable yellowing/discolouration. Additional light surface marks and paint wear are present from previous display or handling. No original packaging included. Please review all photos for the exact condition and included pieces.
